DONETSK. May 27 (Interfax) - Members of the OSCE mission to Donbas have departed for Horlivka where two men and a child were killed in shelling on Tuesday, the Donetsk news agency said on Wednesday.
"Deputy corps commander of the Defense Ministry of the Donetsk People's Republic Eduard Basurin is accompanying the mission members to the tragedy scene in Horlivka," it said.
According to earlier reports, the Ukrainian army shelled a residential building in Horlivka on Tuesday evening. The shelling killed three people: an eleven-year-old girl, her father and another civilian. Four people, including a militiaman, were injured.
