Two gang members neutralized in Grozny - NAC

MOSCOW. June 26 (Interfax) - Officers of law enforcement agencies in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya in Russia's North Caucasus, have neutralized two gang members suspected of involvement in terrorist attacks, the Russian National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) reported on Friday.

"As law enforcement personnel tried to detain them, the gang members opened fire. Two criminals were neutralized in the ensuing armed clash," the NAC said.

They have tentatively been identified as members of Tagilov's gang active in Chechnya.
