DONETSK. June 29 (Interfax) - The stalling of negotiations in the Minsk format will lead the situation into a deadlock, DPR negotiator in Minsk Denis Pushilin has said.
"Ukraine has been stalling the process for various reasons. This is harmful both for us and for Ukraine. The longer the negotiations are being stalled, the larger the financial implications this has for Ukraine. This leads the situation into a deadlock and prompts a military confrontation," he told reporters on Monday.
