HELSINKI/MOSCOW. July 1 (Interfax) - State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin has been denied travel to Finland to attend a session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Helsinki next week, Finnish Foreign Ministry Unit for Communications on Current Affairs Director Vesa Hakkinen has told Interfax.

"Persons included in the Russian delegation to the OSCE PA session due to be held in Helsinki next week, among them Naryshkin, will not be permitted to travel to Finland," Hakkinen said.
