UFA. July 10 (Interfax) - Ukraine has not retracted its application for the status of a partner of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and the organization has not withdrawn its preliminary consent, a source in the SCO has reported.
He said Ukraine lodged the application in 2013.
"The application was orally confirmed in 2014; it has not been retracted by the Ukrainian side," the source said.
"There is no change," he added.
