KYIV. July 10 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has issued a decree appointing Valeriy Chaly ambassador of Ukraine to the U.S.
The text of the decree was posted on the Ukrainian presidential website on Friday.
Before this appointment, Chaly was deputy head of the Ukrainain presidential administration, where he coordinated foreign policy activities.
