MOSCOW. Aug 14 (Interfax) - Russia believes that Israel needs to join the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in Moscow on Friday.
"Russia has spoken out and will continue to speak out in favor of Israel joining NPT," he said.
