Former senator Fetisov released under house arrest

MOSCOW. Aug 14 (Interfax) - The Moscow City Court presidium has fulfilled the Russian Prosecutor General's Office's recommendation to put under house arrest Gleb Fetisov, former senator and banker, who is charged in a massive fraud case involving the withdrawal of property from Moi Bank, an Interfax correspondent has reported, citing a decision made by the Moscow City Court presidium on Friday after considering an appeal filed by Deputy Prosecutor General Viktor Grin.
