MOSCOW. Aug 26 (Interfax) - The issue of holding a 'Normandy Four' summit in concrete terms is not being discussed, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov told Interfax.

"The issue of holding a 'Normandy Four' meeting at the level of heads of state is not being discussed concretely now," he said.
