ASTANA. Aug 27 (Interfax) - The International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) international low-enriched uranium (LEU) bank in Kazakhstan may store Iran's uranium.
There are questions concerning the attitude to and the general understanding over LEU from Iran, IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano told a press conference in Kazakhstan's capital Astana on Thursday.
As far as the action plan is concerned, an agreement has been reached that Iran may use access to the IAEA's LEU bank, he said.
The IAEA has a country agreement and will have to make certain efforts in order to launch and complete all remaining work within the next two years, Amano said.
