LUHANSK. Sept 1 (Interfax) - The attendees of a Contact Group video conference on Tuesday have confirmed that the ceasefire in Donbas holds, said Vladislav Deinego who represents the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) at the Minsk talks.
"The video conference of the Contact Group has ended. The participants of the dialogue noted that the ceasefire is working: there has been no shelling," Deinego was quoted by the Luhansk Information Center as saying on Tuesday.
"All participants have confirmed it," the LPR negotiator added.
The next video conference of the Contact Group is due on September 4, he said.
"The Contact Group is planning to meet by video link on Friday to continue analyzing the situation," he said.
