Another 14 supporters of former deputy defense minister Nazarzoda detained in Tajikistan's Ramit Gorge

DUSHANBE. Sept 7 (Interfax) - A group of supporters of Tajikistan's former deputy defense minister Abdukhalim Nazarzoda have been detained in the Ramit Gorge, the Tajik Interior Ministry has reported on its website.

"The press center for the Interior Ministry and the Tajik State National Security Committee reports that 14 members of the criminal group led by Nazarzoda Abdukhalim Mirzo [Khochi Khalim] has been detained today as a result of joint special operations conducted in the Ramit Gorge of the Vakhdat district by Interior Ministry and State National Security Committee officials, law enforcement officers and prosecutors," the report says.
