MOSCOW. Sept 8 (Interfax) - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is going to provide a detailed account of the current escalation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict at a Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit in Dushanbe.
"I would like to thank Russia, you for your efforts to look for ways to resolve the Karabakh conflict. It has been very tense on the border in the past two weeks," Sargsyan said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"As well as large-caliber firearms, Azerbaijan also uses artillery. We have to respond, of course. I will talk about it in detail at the CSTO summit in Dushanbe," Sargsyan said.
