MOSCOW. Oct 9 (Interfax) - Kremlin still refrains from commenting on possibility of any meeting between Russia President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Defense Minister Prince Mohammad bin Salman.
"Indeed, the contacts between Russia and Saudi Arabia are maintained quite intensely and in the event that such contacts are definitely agreed upon, and when they are definitely agreed upon, we will provide information accordingly. I cannot say anything as yet," Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
Such was his reply to the request of reporters to comment on the media reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin would hold a meeting with Saudi Defense Minister Prince Mohammad bin Salman in Sochi.
