DONETSK. Oct 16 (Interfax) - The defense ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) has announced a three-day delay of the start of the pullback of weapons smaller than 100 mm in caliber from the frontline in Donbas.
"Due to the shellings, the hardware withdrawal date in the DPR has been shifted to October 21," DPR Defense Ministry senior official Eduard Basurin told reporters.
