ZELENE (Donetsk region). Oct 28 (Interfax) - The third stage of withdrawal of armaments with calibers smaller than 100mm will begin in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) on November 6.
"We have finalized the second stage of withdrawal of armaments with calibers under 100mm. Once the OSCE mission records and verifies hull numbers of the withdrawn systems we will be able to say that the second stage is complete in the DPR. The third stage of the arms withdrawal will start on November 6. We will be withdrawing mortars," Russian Armed Forces representative to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination Khasan Kaloyev told reporters on Wednesday.
