MOSCOW. Nov 16 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and British Prime Minister David Cameron have demonstrated an interest in resuming cooperation on some tracks, despite persisting differences.
"It is noteworthy that, despite stating persisting differences and different visions of some international issues, the parties still demonstrate an interest in resuming mutually profitable and normal relations where circumstances allow for it, which is very positive," Russian presidential press officer Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Monday, referring to the meeting between Putin and Cameron at the G20 summit in Antalya.
