OSCE special envoy Sajdik not to go to DPR for time being for security reasons - Pushilin

DONETSK. Nov 20 (Interfax) - The arrival of OSCE special envoy on Ukraine Martin Sajdik in the DPR has been postponed indefinitely, Denis Pushilin, envoy of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), said on Friday.

"The meeting has been postponed because his security service found it unsafe to cross the contact line. The date of the meeting has not been determined yet," he told reporters.

A source in the DPR government earlier told Interfax Sajdik may visit some areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions on Friday.

The DPR Defense Ministry told Interfax they had expected Sajdik back on November 18. "However, he did not cross the contact line for some reason," the ministry official said.
