STAROMYKHAILIVKA (Donetsk region). Nov 24 (Interfax) - Representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) have arrived in Staromykhailivka to record violations of the truce, an Interfax correspondent said.
The OSCE mission members are speaking with local residents and taking a record of residential houses hit by shells. Representatives of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) are working in the town as well.
The Defense Ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) said earlier that a residential building had been attacked in Staromykhailivka.
A 30mm round was found on the shelling incident scene, a ministry representative said.
"A 30mm round fired from a BMP-2 armored personnel carrier pierced the roof of a residential building. The JCCC took a record of the hit," a representative of the DPR Defense Ministry told reporters.
