MOSCOW. Nov 26 (Interfax) - The Kremlin is counting on the inviolability of international law in the use of Black Sea straits.
"The rules of marine traffic through Black Sea straits are regulated by international law, the Montreux Convention, and we are definitely counting on the inviolability of norms of free shipping through Black Sea straits," Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said, answering a media question on Thursday.
