Moscow notes lack of solidarity between some NATO countries, Turkey - Kremlin spokesman

MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - The Kremlin has noticed that numerous NATO member-states have not displayed solidarity with Turkey on the incident involving the Russian Sukhoi Su-24 bomber, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has said.

"It's for sure that a lot of capitals of the NATO member-states, let's say, are dissociating themselves from some solidarity with Turkey," Peskov said in a televised interview shown in a Saturday news program hosted by Sergei Brilyov.

When the journalist suggested that Turkey might have shot down the Russian plane with NATO's silent consent, after which the alliance, seeing Russia's tough reaction, "decided to backpedal," Peskov replied, "You know, any scenario perhaps has the right to exist."
