MOSCOW. Dec 16 (Interfax) - A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry at the Kremlin has ended, the talks lasted for about three and a half hours.
On Tuesday the U.S. state secretary is in Moscow on a working visit, he already held talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov earlier today. This is Kerry's second visit to Russia this year. He met with Lavrov and Putin in Sochi in May 2015.
At the time, talks with the Russian president lasted for more than four hours.
