MOSCOW. Feb 9 (Interfax) - Military-technical cooperation issues have been highlighted at a meeting between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov and Bulgarian Ambassador to Moscow Boyko Kotzev, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"Certain topical subjects of bilateral relations were discussed at the meeting, with an emphasis on military-technical cooperation issues. Some items from the global agenda were touched upon, as well," says a report posted on the ministry website on Tuesday.
