MOSCOW. Feb 10 (Interfax) - Moderate Syrian opposition members will take part in the second round of negotiations in Geneva scheduled for February 25, Qadri Jamil of the Moscow-Cairo opposition group and a leader of the Syrian Popular Front for Change and Liberation, told journalists on Wednesday.
"It goes without saying, we have an open invitation," Jamil said when asked whether moderate Syrian opposition members would take part in the talks.
