MOSCOW. Feb 10 (Interfax) - Moscow is sure that the START III treaty may be successfully implemented by 2018, deputy director of the Russian Foreign Ministry non-proliferation and arms control department Vladimir Leontyev has said.
"We are due to reach the levels of strategic offensive armaments specified by the treaty in February 2018, and I am practically convinced that the Americans and we can do that," Leontyev told reporters on Wednesday.
