MOSCOW. Feb 29 (Interfax) - Moscow hopes that the intra-Syrian negotiations will be joined by Kurds.
"We hope that [the understanding of] the lack of any alternative to this and the fact that it is certainly necessary to take into account interests of the Kurds living in Syria will prevail and the positions of the countries concerned [that are opposing the Kurds' participating in the intra-Syrian talks] will be adjusted," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told a press conference in Moscow.
