Contact group approves mine clearance schedule in Donbas, ban on trainings within thirty kilometers from contact line (Part 2)

MINSK. March 2 (Interfax) - Participants in the contact group on the settlement of the conflict in eastern Ukraine have initialed documents on the normalization of the situation on the contact line in Donbas, a source in the negotiations told Interfax.

"Two documents have been initialed: a mine clearance schedule and a document banning trainings within 30 kilometers of the contact line," the source said.

Representatives of the parties will deliver the documents to Kyiv, Donetsk and Luhansk for signing, the source said.

The source said the initialed documents were signed by Leonid Kuchma (representative of Ukraine) and Boris Gryzlov (representative of Russia). The final signing of the documents will take place when they are delivered to Donetsk and Luhansk.
