MOSCOW. March 3 (Interfax) - The Kremlin regrets the U.S.' decision to extend its sanctions against Russia by one more year, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"With regret," Peskov replied when asked by journalists how the Kremlin took the U.S. administration's decision.
