Kremlin regrets U.S.' decision to extend sanctions against Russia - spokesman (Part 2)

MOSCOW. March 3 (Interfax) - The Kremlin regrets the U.S.' decision to extend its sanctions against Russia by another year, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"With regret," Peskov replied when asked by journalists how the Kremlin took the U.S. administration's decision.

U.S. President Barack Obama had announced earlier his administration's decision to extend the sanctions against Russia by another year, citing Crimea's reincorporation into Russia and the events in Ukraine among the reasons for the move.
