MOSCOW. March 4 (Interfax) - A fire has started onboard a Russian Interior Ministry helicopter, which crash-landed on the border between the Ivanovo and Vladimir regions, a source in emergency services told Interfax.
"The helicopter has caught fire, and the fire is still burning. Contact has been established with a crewmember, who survived [the crash]. The condition of the other three persons is yet unknown. There is preliminary information that two of them are still inside the helicopter," the source said.
