MOSCOW. March 4 (Interfax-AVN) - Reconnaissance units of the Russian military base in Armenia have performed a 100-kilometer march to the Pambak highland range, the Southern Military District staff said.
"The reconnaissance servicemen practiced the deterrence of attacks of sabotage groups during the march," says the district report seen by Interfax-AVN on Friday.
Granat, Leyer and Zastava drones, whose crews were marching together with the reconnaissance servicemen, observed the progress of the march from the sky.
More than 300 reconnaissance servicemen of the Russian military base will undergo month-long mountaineering training, the Southern Military District staff said.
