MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - Ukrainian law enforcement bodies have failed to ensure the safety of Russian diplomatic missions in the country, Russian envoy to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said.
"We didn't notice any resolute actions taken by the law enforcement bodies to ensure the security of the Russian diplomatic mission in Kyiv," Lukashevich said in his speech, the text of which was posted on the Russian Foreign Ministry website.
He said that "it is considered normal when a parliamentarian gets into a foreign diplomatic mission to tear down the state flag, as has recently happened in the Russian consulate in Lviv."
"The people present in the hall should know very well how and on the basis of what norms the inviolability of diplomatic missions should be ensured. These incidents may continue today," the diplomat said.
