Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office estimates losses from losing Crimea at 1 trillion hryvni

KYIV. March 21 (Interfax) - The damage done to Ukraine by the loss of Crimea exceeds one trillion hryvni, Anatoliy Matios, deputy prosecutor general of Ukraine and main military prosecutor of Ukraine, said.

"Ukraine's losses tentatively proven by the conclusions of experts and expert evaluations as a result of the annexation of Crimea by Russia exceeds one trillion hryvni, not including the value of the real estate and the infrastructure of state-run enterprises, not including the territorial losses and private property in the territory of the peninsula," Matios told a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
