MOSCOW. March 23 (Interfax) - The forthcoming meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will focus on the Syria settlement and the Minsk agreements, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov has said.
"There is no strict agenda [of the upcoming meeting]. Naturally, there is a certain range of issues of paramount importance and meaning, such as the Syria peace process, the exchange of opinions on the process and the situation in the implementation of the Minsk agreements," Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.
"All the rest will depend on how much time they have and how many items are put on the agenda of the negotiations," the press secretary said, replying to the question whether the sides would discuss the future of Nadiya Savchenko.
