MOSCOW. March 23 (Interfax) - Russia has information that the Ukrainian army units trained by NATO instructors are being transferred to the contact line in Donbas, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"The units that received such additional training in Western Ukraine with help from NATO instructors have recently been transferred to the contact line in Donbas," Lavrov told a press conference following negotiations with his German colleague.
