MOSCOW. March 23 (Interfax-AVN) - Moscow and Delhi are conducting negotiations on the sale of a large batch of Project 11356 frigates, which have proven effective in the Indian Navy, a source close to the sphere of military-technical cooperation told Interfax on Wednesday.
"There will be more than three ships because we are talking about three frigates that are being built and are expected to be build on the Baltic shipyard Yantar, and also about the organization of their production in India under a license," the source said.
"Negotiations are currently underway," the source said.
