Minsk agreements need to be fulfilled, one shouldn't try to change them - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov

MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax) - Moscow is warning the U.S. against attempts to adjust or alter the Minsk agreements on settlement in eastern Ukraine.

"They [the U.S.] are suggesting various ideas that something could be adjusted, altered. However, we believe it will destroy the fairly delicate, good balance of the Minsk agreements, which generally evolved in the course of their existence," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in an interview with Interfax on Friday.

"However, they should be fulfilled, one should not try to change the agreements," the diplomat said.
