March 28 (Interfax-AVN) - The Standard Terms and Procedures, which are needed to ensure the regime of the cessation of hostilities in Syria that Russia and the United States agreed upon, have gone into effect since midnight Damascus time on Monday, chief of the Russian Center for reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria, Lt. Gen. Sergei Kuralenko, said.
"This document has determined the controlling procedure over the observation of the regime of the cessation of hostilities and the recording of its violations by the authorized structures in Russian and U.S. armed forces," Kuralenko said.
