MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - The United States has been misleading the world about Russia's refusal to attend the Nuclear Security Summit in Washington DC, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said.
"Speaking of the distortion, misinterpretation of the content of our contacts: we have been witnessing [this] in the attempts to mislead the international public about what happened with Russia's attendance or non-attendance at the Nuclear Security Summit in Washington DC," Lavrov said at a press conference after negotiations with his Serbian counterpart.
