MOSCOW. April 12 (Interfax) - Moscow, Tokyo have been busy preparing another round of talks on possible conclusion of a peace treaty, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"We are getting another round of these talks prepared," Lavrov said in an interview with Mongolian, Japanese and Chinese media.
"The dialogue takes place regularly enough, but for obvious reasons, it is not that simple, because the positions are opposite," he said.
Two rounds of the dialogue were dedicated to historic aspects of this situation, in the context of the WWII results. "Without accepting its results, we can hardly advance anywhere," Lavrov remarked.
