MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - No Russians were hurt in a terrorist attack in Kabul last Tuesday, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"Preliminary data suggests that around 60 people were killed in the explosion, and over 300 sustained various injures. There were no Russian citizens among them," the ministry said on its website.
"We strongly condemn this inhumane terrorist attack. We hope Afghan authorities will take whatever measures necessary to provide efficient safety, both in the capital, and elsewhere in this country," the ministry said.
The ministry offered deep condolences to the families of those killed, and wishes of a swift recovery to the injured.
On April 19, Taliban militants staged a terrorist attack in central Kabul, close to the buildings that house a number of Afghan military and security authorities, the Russian ministry recalled.
