MOSCOW. April 27 (Interfax) - Nearly 700,000 men, over 100,000 hardware pieces and 76 aircraft are engaged in the third stage of the all-Russia command-and-staff exercises practicing wildfire fighting, the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry press service said on Wednesday.
The exercises began on April 25, on the orders from the Russian Security Council.
