Putin calls for immediate stop of Ukrainian Armed Forces' strikes on Donbas populated areas

MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has called for the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strikes against populated areas of Donbas to be stopped, the Kremlin press service said.

"Putin called for strikes on Donbas populated areas by Ukrainian armed units to be immediately stopped. It was stressed that Kyiv's direct dialogue with Donetsk and Luhansk, aimed at implementing the February 12, 2015 Minsk agreements in a full and comprehensive manner, should become a key element of the settlement process," it said.
