TASHKENT. June 14 (Interfax) - U.S. Central Command Commander Gen. Joseph L. Votel has held a meeting at the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, the ministry's press service said in a statement posted on its website on Tuesday.
"The parties discussed some issues on the Uzbek-U.S. agenda and exchanged opinions on international and regional problems," the statement reads.
Deputy chief of the U.S. mission to Uzbekistan Lesslie Viguerie also attended the meeting.
