ST. PETERSBURG. June 20 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin is hosting a tripartite meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
The negotiations dealing with the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement process have started several minutes ago at the National Congress Palace (Constantine Palace) in Strelna, St. Petersburg.
Before this, the Russian leader had had two separate meetings with the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents.
