Sept 6 (Interfax-AVN) - A decision regarding the second trio of frigates of Project 11356 under construction at the Baltic Yantar shipyards may be made in the near future, a senior officer from the Russian Defense Ministry told Interfax-AVN at the Army 2016 forum on Tuesday.
"There is an instruction to consider the sale of the second frigate trio to the Indian Navy. Negotiations are underway," he said.
