MOSCOW. Sept 22 (Interfax) - Moscow denies its involvement in the attack against a humanitarian convoy in Syria and deems the accusations made by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry at the UN Security Council meeting to be inadmissible.
"Pentagon representatives said they allegedly had evidence of the Russian Aerospace Forces' strike against the humanitarian convoy, but we categorically deny this," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told the press.
'It is absolutely inadmissible [for the U.S. secretary of state] to make such far-reaching statements in the absence of analysis of objective factors and a wish to look into other theories," he said.
"The secretary of state should not say such things before he scrutinizes the matter," Ryabkov said.
