MINSK. Nov 22 (Interfax) - Moscow is planning to deliver collected samples of toxic substances used by militants in Aleppo to The Hague office of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) on its own for the purpose of analysis, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"As far as I know from my colleagues in Defense Ministry, we are currently working on an opportunity to deliver these collected samples there, to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons," Lavrov said at a press conference with his Belarusian counterpart Vladimir Makei in Minsk.
"It would probably be difficult to wriggle out of analysing them," he said.
