KYIV. Dec 2 (Interfax) - The Svyatoshin District Court of Kyiv has started the questioning via videoconference of former Ukrainian Internal Troops commander Stanyslav Shulyak as a witness in a case against five former Berkut special operations division officers accused of killing EuroMaidan activists.
Shulyak is answering questions from a court in the Russian southern city of Rostov-on-Don. The questioning is being conducted in Russian.
On November 28, Kyiv's Svyatoshin District Court questioned former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych via videoconference from Rostov-on-Don's court. The questioning continued for about six hours.
