Putin informs leaders of CSTO member countries about Russia's interaction with Ankara, Tehran on Syrian settlement

ST. PETERASBURG. Dec 26 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin met with leaders of the countries participating in the Collective Security Treaty Organization to update them on Russia's coordinating efforts with Turkey and Iran for stabilization of the Syrian situation, CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha said.

"The Russian president has told his counterparts about those steps that Russia takes for stabilization of the situation in Syria, and also about the interaction with Turkey and Iran in this regard," Bordyuzha told reporters.
